YOGA BASICS  Intro/1 
A class focused on the foundations of a strong yoga practice: breathing and concentration techniques complement a study of the basic yoga postures. Appropriate for beginning level students, as well as those continuing students who wish to deepen and refine their core practice.

OPEN YOGA   Level 1/2  The design of this class recognizes a variety of strength and flexibility levels by employing modifications and options for the poses. Flowing sequences are combined with specific pose work.

DYNAMIC YOGA   Level 2/3 Class generates heat through movement, strength and stamina, and focuses on issues common to runners and other athletes, such as balance, upper body strength, re-establishing body symmetry, and flexibility. Teaches how use of the breath can build endurance by utilizing a variety of breathing techniques.

CORE YOGA  All levels  A well-rounded class with a special emphasis for strengthening the muscles supporting a strong core: the abdominal and back muscles.

YOGA CARDIO SCULPT Level 1/2/3 Experience strength training yoga style! This class has a powerful strength and sculpting focus and is designed to sculpt, tone and get your heart moving. Asanas will include working with resistance bands and other props to help you lengthen and strengthen every major muscle group. (Greg, note this replaces Hot Slow yoga Flow)

GENTLE YOGA All levels This class is ideal for students with limited mobility, seniors, and those recovering from injuries. A slower pace and use of props helps make beneficial asanas (poses) more accessible.

PRE-NATAL YOGA Asanas, breathing, and mind-focusing techniques chosen to help the expectant mother through pregnancy and delivery.

TEEN YOGA  This class is for students age 13-18. Learn how the physical practice, the breathing exercises and the mind-quieting techniques of yoga can help teens navigate this wonderful, but stressful time of life. Runs in a 6-week session.
